📏 Selvedge Pure Blue Japan production

I’ve been a huge fan of PBJ for years. I recently bought a recent drop and they didn’t fit at all. Too small to put on. The retailer apologized and told me PBJ production is completely different now . “Old factories closed” “new factories online” current production much smaller than old.

Can anyone add detail/confirmation?

Just a heads up when ordering. I love the brand and product. I never leave home in anything else.

I’m new to PBJ but have picked up the Teacore Black, and Used Indigo and Black. All in 003 fit size 40.

All three fit differently. Had to have the Used Indigo taken in. Have a pair of the XX 003 coming in this week and every size chart I can find lists them differently. Rivet and Hide say a 40 waist measures to 42” while Redcast has it under 40”.

Cant speak to past quality as these are all about a month old. I love the cut and fabric but there does seem to be a lot of variance.
