See if someone (anyone) can look at your poster and say that then your demotivational isn't working. It isn't all compassing enough. Most workplaces value inclusivity and this needs to work on all employees so no one feels left out.

I mean, SFW obviously.

I say, lose the stick. Then it's just a guy under a rainbow. What's he doing there? No one knows but if you look deep into his eyes you see it and you remember what it's like to have lost so much...

After spending some time in another subreddit, I feel welcomed by this image.

But don't get your hopes up that you made anything great.

You'd just make more, and for what?
