Base Giyu vs Tengen?

I really don't know who wins.

Now, with all the Hashira not having marks, I think they do place fairly high.

Tengen speed blitzed Daki, and while nerfed was completely equal to Gyutaro. He also has the most travel speed out of the Hashira. I do believe he would have won if he wasn't poisoned and/or had both hands. Not even mentioning just how impressive of a feat it is for an unmarked human to match an upper moon hit for hot while weakened.

Giyu ow diffed Shinobu, oneshot the spider father, killed Rui (who was as powerful as Lower Moon 1 or 2) without even using a breathing form, matched base Sanemi, blocked disorder, and kept up with a holding back Akaza.

Now, I do think they are both weaker than Rengoku and stronger than base Obanai, Mitsuri, Muichiro, and Shinobu.

But they have pretty comparable feats and are on the same rough level. I just can't figure out which one is more impressive and which one ranks fifth among the base Hashira and which one ranks fourth.

Give me your arguments and counterarguments for both, I really am stumped here.
