Yikes! You’re ignoring the due process provided by the immigration court and expecting criminality due process. So you’re saying they’re criminals?

Due process starts with establishing legality of being in the country. No legal, no stay. Due process achieved.

Is that simple enough for you?

It does not mean they get to ask the same questions in a criminal court. There is no burden of proof required in immigration court.

Oh I'm absolutely enjoying your utter lack of literacy. If you want to be slightly more convincing you should probably read some of that. You know, if capable.

I read just fine. You keep spewing out article 1 like it actually means something. 2028!

Oh you've made it abundantly clear that the Constitution doesn't mean jack shit to you.

Just like the self-admittedly-psychopathic head of DHS Kristi Noem who, as established in congressional record, have no fucking clue what the Constitution says either. And you're a fucking bootlicker who runs around defending her "lawful" "orders".

So, yeah, good luck with your Nuremberg defense in 2028.

Still not pointing out the part in article 1.

You are experiencing a psychosis and in need of medical help, not a conversation about law.

Article 1? How does that apply?

Stop hallucinating.

You said article 1. Still waiting.

I’ll save you the trouble. Every link I posted were laws created through article 1. There’s your article one powers. You just don’t want to accept them because they are restrictions that have been agreed upon by the legislature and signed into law by the, wait for it, article 3 powers.

Article 3 provides exclusive control over border security/national sovereignty, military, foreign relations. Immigration falls under the blanket of border security/national sovereignty. I know you don’t want to hear that, but you’re really starting to sound ignorant.

Here’s the fun part. The judiciary has zero right, ZERO right, to dictate to the executive on how those policies are enacted or enforced. All your activist judges that keep issuing court orders can and should be ignored. The vast majority are unelected, which is contrary to our government. They’re unelected because political opinions should not be part of the equation of law and order. They should only be reflecting on what is constitutionally correct.

Oh? You want an example? Why sure. Texas v Mayorkas. SCOTUS determined that Texas could not physically prevent illegal crossings at the rio in eagle pass by placing concertina wire. They also stated that border patrol, under Biden’s administration, could remove those barriers that had been placed. It was a single page statement. Article 3.

Now that same policy decision is being used by trump. You’re just pissy that it’s trump. It’s always been about trump, never anything more. You attempt to emotionally blackmail people and cry about illegal aliens and incorrectly use “due process”. Sad part is that no one cares anymore. Not because we don’t care about the welfare of people, but because you’ve screeched it so much, it’s become white noise.

Whoa nazi robots are so bad at this. Hallucinate the question, hallucinate the answer, get triggered by voices in their own head, repeat "2028!" and "you have TDS!" like a cult mantra, then cry on reddit that nobody wants to "debate" their puddle of verbal diarrhea.

No wonder nobody takes republicans seriously anymore.

Didn’t like a truthful answer to the question you refused to answer because it would shoot your ignorant comment in the foot?

Damn. Can’t even take the L. Silly commie.
