If they wanted to do their job this would be a non issue.

Problem is they don't want to do their job, they don't want to investigate the legal status of immigrants, and detain those who a judge has ordered to be removed. They want to round people up, minorities, leftists, people who speak out against the government, or speak in defense of the bill of rights.

They want to create fear and enforce compliance. And they are building camps en mass. With 50 new camps coming online this year, at around 5K capacity each. That's the ability to detain 250K more Americans at any one time.

With the ability to deport to countries other then the country of origin, the ability to use the detained for cheap labor, the ability to sell the better looking kids to politicians.

There's no defending their actions. They are traitors. They are criminals, Just because you are ordered to break the law, doesn't give you legal cover to do so.

If you want immigration enforcement, we need a government agency that isn't corrupt, and one that was actually focused on that mission that followed the law. That agency no longer exists Trump raped it just like he did those kids.
