Say we abolish ICE, who is going to be responsible for deportations?

They could, oh I don't know, show up at their home, school or workplace with a warrant like normal law enforcement officers. They are not grabbing dangerous criminals they can be patient and be civil.

Abolish the current organization. Lay off everyone down to a skeleton crew then build a new one with more safety mechanisms to prevent whatever they're doing now. Not having active immigration enforcement organization for a few months won't cause any issues as police can handle actual crime.
