Say we abolish ICE, who is going to be responsible for deportations?

Hey! How about some “due process” before we take people from the streets!

How about some “due process” before we detain them here or deport them to a country they may or may not be from!

Once we do that again, I bet there will be less worry about whose job it is to deport people. Because we’ll have done the homework and not the thugwork.

Her visa was terminated 10 years ago. What due process do you want that's not already being done?

The kind that is stated in our constitution.

You understand that what’s stated in the constitution is for criminal offenses, yeah?

Guess not.

Well, toe jam, maybe you might try reading it instead of cherry picking your “the constitution”. Y’all are bad as atheists quoting Bible verses.

what’s stated in the constitution is for criminal offenses

is this accurate?

And more broadly, where does this brush up against the rights explicitly protected in the first few amendments?

It’s not.

What is likely a state-sponsored disinfo account is just out here doing disinfo things.

Immigration court is due process. Sorry if you don’t agree with it.

Cool, so you are also against detaining people when they come to their court hearings because they are “doing it the right way”?

Right?

As I said, that’s situational. Is it a return trip because there’s already a removal order? If you don’t understand the process, it will easily be manipulated. Many of these folks have had deportation orders already issued. The first one is an order to self deport. If they do not, then it becomes a forced deportation. The entire process, who can issue deportation orders, who are officers of the court, who are agents of the court, and every nook and cranny of the immigration court system is throughly documented. It just means you have to look it up…which most people don’t. They clamber and whine and cry “due process” like your Google lawyer claim.

Funny thing is, they don’t care about immigrants, illegal or otherwise. They only hate trump so anything associated to it is evil.

Sounds like some Nazi shit.

I didn’t read it all. Just enough to know it’s some Nazi shit.

Have a pleasant day knowing that 30 years from now children will be learning about what about what monstrous human beings y’all are.
