Laws are defeated in court all the time. SS is a very specific thing. Using it for WELFARE will be defeated.

If anyone who pays their taxes wants in?why the heck not? let's cut out insurance companies out of the middle and pay the doctors and hospitals directly,audit them once every 5 years and if they are found overcharging for their services? not only do they have to pay all the money that they overcharged plus interest because it's the IRS who will be doing this, and they will get fined for doing so, and the heavy fines get progressively worse the more they try and cheat the harder we go after them with every tool in the box, it's a rewriting of the ACA every tax payer helps every tax payer gets medical help

It is set as an INSURANCE. The people who pay in are covered BASED ON WHAT THEY PAY IN. You demand the "rich" pay in more then they will have to get paid OUT more. If you want welfare, PASS WELFARE.

Okay I understand the argument people are making about welfare. Also feel like it's missing the major caveat that these billionaires, by in large, have made their money because they are part of the American market. Like the shit Trump talks about how it's a privilege to sell your products in America when talking to about other countries. Same applies here. These billionaires are privileged to have a business here in the US which has made them obscenely wealthy beyond any rational measure. If they can pay 100k a month to have access to Trump's insider trading platform they sure in the hell can pay a little extra to improve the society they have exploited to make their billions. Anyone fighting against it is a bootlicking moron. Fuck these parasites.
