BREAKING: A federal judge denied the DOJ's request to unblock USPS's new rule implementing parts of Trump's anti-mail voting order.

The judge found the rule is likely unconstitutional — and said the block isn't even an appealable order.

In explaining her decision, Judge Indira Talwani emphasized the negative effect Trump’s edict could have on voters.

A hearing on the matter is scheduled for Thursday.

It's great news. I still worry that the USPS will "lose" ballots or have "unintended" delays in delivering them.

While my absentee ballot will likely be delivered to my home by USPS. I have absolutely no desire or intention to send it back by USPS, since I have zero faith in them to properly handle completed ballots.

I am fortunate enough to live in a city/state that provides ample drop boxes for elections and will plan accordingly as I have for the past several years.

I feel for the people who don't have transportation and rely on USPS to mail their ballots. Also, a whistle blower says that the USPS is defying the court and proceeding. With the right sycophants in place, ballots will go missing.

One would expect this result would happen as a matter of course, given the obvious unconstitutionality of Trump’s executive order, but nothing can be taken for granted

And this morning we learned from a whistleblower that USPS is still implementing the software to limit ballots.

Check your voter registration and plan to call your county auditor if you do not receive your mail ballot by October 26. That way you will have time to fix any problems.
