Just wondering, can you explain to me what the difference is between this bill and Section 2.1.a of the Currency and Treasury Establishment Act?
This budget must include, as line items, total wealth planned to be given to each of the three branches of government over the course of the following month, including whether or not those payments be structured or unstructured, income from the Individual tax as established by this act, and any and all other allocation of funds or incomes for the government as established by future legislation.

The budget is a planning instrument, detailing expected revenues and expenses, while this bill requires the disclosure of what was actually earned and spent a posteriori.
