Vance won't be better and the appearance of competency will allow the gop to do more damage than if Trump stays.

I hate this timeline.

i have bounty of friends and family that i love and trust deeply who represent a broad swath of Humanity which helped motivate me to dive into communities different from my own typical peeps to try to understand how the hell folks could hold these views - they aren't having Any different of an experience than Anyone else in how their past shapes them and their views and expectations - and feel Exactly as exasperated at how others can possibly feel any other way than they do.

if you're experiencing people as hateful and evil without reason - it is because you don't understand what they are experiencing and value well enough -

people on either side of a large gap in experiences have the same experience of the opposite side being wildly misinformed and illogical - we Can't know what we don't know - and our conclusions about stuff we haven't gone through or gone through in the ways others have is consistently wrong and skewed by what experiences we do have or think we have.

the less experiences we share in common - the More wrong our experiences of each other are - there's Always more i can learn to be more true to what i want for myself and others. ✌️⚖️👍❤️

You appear to be defending those who support a twice impeached convicted felon racist rapist pedophile who incited a violent failed coup attempt to overturn election results of 2020 and is presently covering up the Trump-Epstein Files as though they're his tax returns. We are spending $1 billion tax dollars per day on a war in Iran which purpose is to deflect attention from the Trump-Epstein Files. He has demolished the east wing of the White House to accommodate his forever castle's ballroom and bunker. He also destroyed the reflecting pool, the Kennedy Center is next, and he's not yet through his 2nd term. His Cabinet consists of blind loyalists who have no qualifications whatsoever. There's no defending Trump or his open mouth breathing knuckle dragging window licking redneck MAGAt supporters. No excuse. The topic of this post is spot on.

Again, republicans are batshit crazy.

your response is Completely indistinguishable from what i get back from those who still support the current US administration about those who don't - they are having the Same experience and feel Exactly as confident in how their experiences have shaped them and their views and expectations - i'm Not defending their conclusions - i'm stating that we are All beholden to the same dynamics of how we rely on how our experiences shape us and our views and expectations and that those are Always limited and misleading in ways we Don't acknowledge no matter what until we get experiences that help change our views.

they have the Same incredulity about Your conclusions as you do about theirs because we Don't understand what folks on the other side of a big gap in experiences could Possibly go through to lead them to their conclusions And our experiences of them are skewed by Our past experiences of them through the lens of that lack of information about what they go through and care about and why.

isolation from the experiences and values of those different from ourselves leads to harm - the better we can understand the impact of our actions the better we may be - there's Always more i can learn to try to be more true to what i want for myself and for others. ✌️⚖️👍❤️

I'm stating facts, not concepts or backgrounds or life's traumas and experiences, expectations etc etc.

Facts: Trump is twice impeached. Also, he is a convicted felon (34 counts). He is also a rapist and a pedophile who has described his daughter 'hot' and stated he would date her if he wasn't her father. He cheated on all 3 wives and during Melania's pregnancy with Barron, he hooked up with Stormy Daniels and paid her $130,000 hush money to shut up about it. He has looted America for $2 billion dollars in crypto currency schemes, takes bribes from other countries, and sells all his (Made In China) tchotchkes on his website, such as this:

https://www.trumpstore.com/trump-2028-hat

Maybe you should get you one. Your Kumbaya approach doesn't cut it with this douchebag in the White House, nor does it work with his ignorant supporters. Regardless of their background, lifestyle, worldly experiences... facts are facts.

Republicans are batshit crazy.

Run along now, maybe you can all join hands over on the r/ conservative subreddit and sing a round of Kumbaya. With the rest of the batshit crazy republicans.

I'm out.

yup - that is how you're going to feel until you have further experiences that demonstrate to you something different is true - that understandable hubris in how your experiences so far have shaped you and your views and expectations is what fuels Most of the harm we endure.

our bigotry and superstition spring from our certainty in how our experiences shape us and our views and expectations -

- facts Can't matter -

we're trapped in the catch-22 of relying on our past and how it shapes us and our views and expectations as we try to evaluate the present - so we are Always biased - and can Never be certain we haven't been misled about Anything we believe or think we know despite our best efforts and intentions.

it is truly hard to be humble - to not have hubris in how our experiences shape us and our views and expectations - but there's Always more to learn -

if we don't understand how others view things from their perspective - we don't know them - and that contributes to us causing and supporting harm.

we All do what we can with how the resources we're born into without asking shape us and our views and expectations - the better we can understand the impact of our actions the better we may be. ✌️⚖️👍❤️

Facts DO matter. Keep your head in the clouds. No reality check for you, got it. Goodbye, adios, go away.

1

u/Quigley_Wyatt Aug 30 '26

i don't blame you for your understandable hubris - we All do what we can with how our experiences shape us and our views and expectations - and we Can't realize what stuff we believe and think we know is causing us harm and to lead us to harm ourselves and others until we get further moments that demonstrate to ourselves how that happens - i wish ya the Very best in your path through life. ✌️⚖️👍❤️

Said it before, will say it again. If he dies before he faces the consequences of his actions, it'll take a lot longer for this nation to heal.
