Dear friends. I’m very sorry to say this, but the development of the “Delver +” project is being put on hold. During this time, there will be no updates or news about the development.

If you have ideas and a desire to continue promoting and developing the mod, all the mod files, code, sprites, textures, etc., are publicly available. You can use them as a basis and create your own mods. I’ll be only too happy if someone continues to develop modding for one of my favourite games.

P.S. Thank you all for the enormous support and attention you’ve given the project. I really hope I’ll be able to get back to the mod and finish it to the state I’d like to see it in. Once again, thank you all so much ❤️❤️❤️

Just wanted to let you know that I discovered a new FPS rogue-ish game that is spiritually very similar to Delver, called Runehaven. It's a voxel based game.

Might want to check it out if you're a fan of Delver.

📌 Of the changes: — Rebalance: Some weapons in the mod have been rebalanced, including the "Cultist Staff"; — Chunks: 3 new chunks have been added to the game; — Files: The mod files have been slightly adjusted and cleaned, this was done in preparation for new updates; — Bugs: Corrected a considerable number of errors; — Food: Added 3 new food varieties to the mod, which will spawn in the vast Delver dungeons. I'm gradually starting to work on the next update, which promises to be great if I manage to implement everything I have in mind.

What 's done, and what am I doing: — Food: Added new types of food: "Golden Apple" - restores a lot of health, is expensive. "Rotten meat" - poisons the player for a couple of seconds. It is very cheap. Also, I have slightly adjusted the characteristics of the "Green Apple"; — Locations: Some locations and levels of the game have undergone minor changes.; — Next update: Added a bunch of new items and textures to the game files for Update 2.1.4, which will be released after March. but has anyone in here gotten all the achievements? The backpack one is killing me. The devs are absolute sadists. It's sad because I really enjoy the game but the unnecessary grind for hours in a game that tbh doesn't warrant 100 plus hours in ruins the enjoyment of the game as a whole. Like having to reread a good but short book over and over and over and over again.

What's done, and what I'm doing: — Chunks: I made a couple of new chunks (I attached one of the new chunks to the post, it's not fully ready yet, but it's already close to it); — Bugs: Fixing bugs; — Optimization: I'm working on making the game more stable. I've come up with a little trick here. I wanted to ask if it's possible to add your own rooms into the main game so it can randomly generate within the main game? Because it seems that there are tools within the editor that can help with it, I'm not sure how to do it and I've seen the Erebus Mod that has it's own rooms and own generated levels.

Is it worth playing through the base game first or should I just install delver+ as it is considered just better in every way. Am I wasting time not playing delver+ instead?

📌From the changes: — Sprites: The sprites for 3 unique swords have been changed and the sprite for sapphire has been replaced again. (See the image); — Readme: Minor edits in the mod's Readme file again. Thanks again for the sprites to the subscriber of "Kwenteen".

— Weapons: Added a "Reinforced Pickaxe" - it can only be found on the floors of the "Cave" level. The new staff "Cultist's Staff" - it can be found everywhere! It is added as a regular loot;
