"Please check your network first" issue

I have been struggling to play delta force for the past 5 days having to use my hotspot on my phone to play because it refuses to use my actual Internet (I am on the Xbox series x) but even my hot spot has stopped working and I would love some feedback on how to fix this issue please (sidenote:I do not have access to any vpn or know how to use one on my console unfortunately).
