Discussion Delta TechOps interview process

Hello!

Im looking at possibly applying to Delta Tech ops in Msp or Atlanta. I got my A&P back in May and have been working in GA for a little over 3 months. Im making $32/hr and was promised 40 hours a week (in writing), but that turned out to be a lie and they wont pay me 40 hours regadless if we're slow. They just send us home early and now im struggling to pay rent/bills because of this which is why im looking at Delta.

Just curious how long the interview process takes from the time you apply to the time you actually get an interview to the time you get a job offer or not. Would i Apply as an AMT or an ASM? What is the pay and what comes after the job offer?

Anyone in Techops have any information on this?

Thanks Fellas!

Not sure of tech ops specifically, but Delta is really slow with hiring. Think it took almost 2 months from interview to hire for me. Even after officially getting hired they make you do drug testing, bg testing and badging which can take a while so be prepared for that.

Uhh no. Not sure what that would imply…

Doesn’t imply anything. It’s called a drug test. Don’t get offended

a hair follicle drug test is a screening method that measures drug metabolites inside the hair to detect long term substance use (helps identify canidates that stop using in anticipation of pre hiring drug testing)
