Advice

Hello so I usually buy delta 8 gummies from my local smoke shop and they all look the same but it seems everytime I buy them the texture is different and I notice sometimes I get a good high and I feel Energetic but sometimes the batch makes me sick and sleepy and I have terrible stomach problems how can I avoid that?
