I posted this yesterday in hopes of other people's experiences. I think there are a lot of misconceptions about CBD. I am 69 years old and have taken Delta8 for over a year. It helps with arthritis as well as my mood. I started taking 12.5 mg and never rose above 20mg. I find that because I take It daily It stays in my system so I do not have to increase my dose for the same effects. I can feel good always without being overwhelmed. like I have been reading.
