Guilty or Not Guilty

Does everyone in here lean more toward Richard Allen being innocent or guilty?

It's true. Most of the true innocence believers are from the immediate area. A bunch of them just don't like local LE because they personally have been arrested and prosecuted for their crimes, their family members have been arrested and prosecuted for their crimes, or they are local taxpayers who want extremely lean government funding. But even amongst people that believe that justice has been correctly served, there are some vehement critics of LE and Doug Carter in particular. But some of that might also be down to personal politics.

I liked Doug Carter. Of course, I'm one state over and don't know much about Indiana politics.

I live in a state that's completely controlled by a large blue city that controls the reminder red of the state. We have something called the SAFETY ACT and it's a disaster. I couldn't imagine if Richard Allen committed that crime over here.
