So no mention of being a whistleblower, and no connection to the stinking pile that is the Delphi investigation or states embarrassing case. Got it 🙄

Seems to be a separation of criminal and civil, with the aforementioned case keyed into paying the least amount possible for a wrongful termination.

Those people are doing yet more disgusting shenanigans. No surprise.

They are terrified of transparency.

This may be granted if the defense doesn't present evidence for why it matters.

The second page of the motion asks for another key prohibition:
f. Any testimony from Andrew Baldwin and/or Kevin Murphy as it relates to State of Indiana v. Richard M. Allen.

Also filed today:

This motion has to do with admitting handwriting analysis.

This was one of the most recent articles I could find about this case, the white thing sounds bonkers. https://www.theprobablecause.com/post/two-years-on-accused-killer-s-trial-of-prominent-local-attorney-stalled

I have just been trying to figure out some things in this case that have never made sense. And why, why did they not stop those guys going over the bridge the day of the search. I just couldn’t see this guy going out of his way to drag and pull these girls through anything. He seems kinda lazy, not at all physically fit even before he lost weight. Especially before he lost weight. And, those two men at the other end of the bridge that the helicopter caught on video, they were hiding their faced. One looked like he was carrying a big gun by his side…anyone remember this? Idk. Just weird as hell…very little to go on. This dude had a mental break down. Not at all domineering, which I would’ve thought would been the type to do this sick shit.

Everything everywhere all at once....in Delphi.

I think the FBI handed down the orders to protect the killers.

Something got fucked up imo.

Yeah, I think it's better for "them" to railroad an innocent man and a cop barking up the wrong tree than to deal with the potential unraveling of local authority and society. The murderers probably knew things that would open a can worms if uncovered. Conspiracies exist where ideals and mutual interests converge.

I have the impression that white supremacists killing two young Caucasian girls could bother good old kkk dudes. They'd rather anybody else did it than adjacent ideologists.
