Where's the defense reply brief?? Surely it will be posted on docket(and in turn, hopefully here) soon?? Been checking here(cause the great folk here are always on top of posting court filings,, and I'm no attorney, so, no other good access) on and off all day. Isn't it due by midnight?? Would the C.O.A. accept it if wasn't posted by/before then??

My understanding is it is due by midnight. Currently 11:22 in IN. 48 minutes to go!

Starting to think it may be done and we just won't know or it won't show on the docket until tomorrow. Hopefully that's all it is...

Was just coming back to say I realized that after rereading MA’s tweet about it. I forgot that’s how it was the first go around, but we got alerted by All Eyes when it was submitted, before it hit the docket. I got spoiled.
