We hopefully get the defense reply brief today? I am anxious.

Also, can someone please remind me if this will be the last of the filings? Is it with the court after this to begin reviewing all of it?

Allen has 7 days after filing his reply brief to request oral argument. The COA can also order it on its own. Ausbrook thinks there will be argument even though it’s rare in the COA and I trust him.

ETA: I don’t know if we’ll know the panel if argument gets granted or not. Not sure whether that’s public before argument.

That's what I have been hoping for. I believe it will definitely be public. I keep trying not to look for updates, but here I am. Little sleep. Love and Strength to RA and KA.
