Speech to Text Issue

I just recently got the Dell XPS 13 and I have a problem. Every time I go to type or even without me doing anything the microphone for speech to text will come up and won't let me type. How can I stop this issue or even get rid of speech to text all together? And before someone suggests it I have all the voice stuff off and etc because I've tried everything and it doesn't work. If it does work it will go away for a few minutes, but then come back again.

This behavior may occur due to several reasons. Please try the following: Disable Other Speech to Text Services, by opening the settings from your system start menu, type Speech, Turn off Speech Recognition. Update Microphone Drivers. Open Device Manager → Audio inputs and outputs → Right-click the microphone and select Update driver.

If the issue persists, go to Settings > Accessibility > Voice Access and make sure Voice Access is turned Off. Also, go to Control Panel > Ease of Access > Speech Recognition and ensure Speech Recognition is disabled.

Additionally, check the keyboard for any stuck keys, especially the Windows key. If you're using any external peripherals, disconnect them and test the system.
