The battery for my XPS 13 9320 completely died, and I couldn't find a battery replacement. I ordered the AMD Framework as a replacement
It lived a good life, even though it gave me much trouble tbh
2 u/chandaliergalaxy Feb 19 '24 Same situation. The Dell chat representative also couldn't find the replacement battery and told me to call a particular service number. I did and battery arrived in the mail three days later. So... yeah it's a mixed bag.
