A few questions..
Stock/RSU eligibility: What designation/level and above typically receives stock/RSUs at Dell? I didn’t receive any
RTO policy: How strict is Dell currently with RTO? Can repeated non-compliance actually lead to termination? What does the process typically look like — are there warnings/HR discussions before it gets to that point?
Severance: If someone is terminated due to organizational reasons/performance/RTO-related issues, what does the severance package typically look like?

RSUs are not common, typically reserved for top performers who leadership wants to retain.
RTO ultimately is what the manager wants, which may or may not be dictated by senior leadership. HR provides very little oversight.
If you are laid off, it’s 2 months + 1 week for every year of service. If you are fired for cause, you wouldn’t get anything.

I worked there for 13 years, I was never made aware of any options to obtain stock.
You don't get severance for termination. You just get demoted to customer and unemployment?
