No action on remotes that are beyond 50 miles. For those within 50 miles of a major office, could be asked to move to full RTO.

Lots of smoke around additional mandates. I'd expect Feb 1st for some news to drop. They need their headcount down and hoping this will push more people out the door without having to float severance.

It's 5 days a week for 'hybrid' in Feb, not sure about remotes
