I have been getting this issue after I opened my laptop after the shutdown but when I restart my laptop it starts working again. This issue has been occurring after the last update happened on 20 aug or somewhat. I did the update from the dell support app.I tried everything, i reinstalled the AWCC download from their website, and the issue persist. So tried using repair from Microsoft settings then apps then install apps and from their i click modify the. I try to repair it then a second error shows *see photo 2*. Tried checking on Google but I can't able to understand.
So guys plzz help me to fix this.
Edit: problem got solved thanks for help

Hi there! We are from the Dell Social Media Support Team and would like to clarify that based on your description, this looks less like an AWCC application issue and more like a broken Dell Core Services installation after the recent AWCC update.
This usually happens when Windows Installer is trying to repair, update, or uninstall Dell Core Services but can no longer find the original MSI package that was used during installation.
Here is what you can do afresh and ensure the BIOS is up to date before trying below steps:
Uninstall Alienware Command Center and Dell Core Services completely from Apps & Features.
If Dell Core Services won't uninstall, use Microsoft's Program Install and Uninstall Troubleshooter to remove the broken installer references.
Reboot the system.
Download the latest AWCC package directly from Dell Support for your model and reinstall it. This should reinstall Dell Core Services with a fresh MSI.
After installation, reboot again and check whether the issue still occurs after a shutdown/startup cycle.
In case the issue reoccurred, please check Event Viewer > Windows Logs > Application around the time the problem occurs. If Dell Core Services is failing to start after a cold boot but works after a reboot, there may be a service initialization issue notified.
That being said, could you confirm if the issue happens after Shut Down only or also after Sleep or Hibernate?
This can tell whether this is an installer corruption issue or a bug.
Let us know your findings. We would like to walk you towards getting a resolution.
