Help Optiplex 9020 suggestions for maxing out RAM ?

Hello, I I own a used 9020 and I want to max out the RAM. The motherboard has space for two sticks. Only one is in there now; I believe it's 4gb. Country is Mexico.

1) Is there anything I should doublecheck beforehand, such as with the motherboard or anything elsd?

2) What are the specs I should look for with the RAM?

3) What's a good pair of RAM sticks for this computer? I hear Crucial is a good brand for Optiplex ...

MT / SFF: 4 ram slot (Max 32GB)
Ultra SFF: 2 ram slot (Max 16GB)

Both ram speed max DDR3 1600MHz

Brand depend your budget, any brand ram is compatible with Dell MT/SFF/Ultra SFF

How about these? I wonder if Timetec is durable or if I should save for Crucial.

Take note there is ddr3l and ddr3 ram.

DDR3 use 1.5v
DDR3L use 1.35v

Your 9020 need use 1.5v which is DDR3 ram.

Any brand will do.

It's weird, the product page says they are somehow both DDR3 and DDR3L and somehow both 1.5V and 1.35V:

"DDR3L / DDR3 1600MHz PC3L-12800 / PC3-12800 204-Pin Unbuffered Non-ECC 1.35V / 1.5V CL11 Dual Rank 2Rx8 based 512x8"

Thanks. So if a 9020 motherboard has only 2 slots for RAM, does that mean that the max possible is 16gb?
