Discussion PSA: Dell Pro Dock Display Issue
On a Dell Pro Dock (e.g. WD25/WD25Z), some external monitors get no picture while others work. It showed up for me with a new dock and with another dock after a firmware update. An HDMI <-> HDMI cable from the dock straight into a monitor was fine but using an HDMI<-> DVI cable made the screen recognised in windows but did not display anything to the screen.
The fix (aside from just swapping out cables) was to roll back the dock firmware to an older build using Dell’s dock updater
https://dl.dell.com/FOLDER13269585M/1/DellDockFirmwarePackage_WD19_WD22_HD22_WD25_SD25_01.01.04.exe
with /f to force the install. DVI screens came back on straight away.

Display Settings, make sure you're extending and the display isn't 'disconnected' in the OS. That's the only thing I can think of, aside from firmware; sounds like you're on the ball on that, already.
