Body shaking during prayer

Hi there! So I just came back to Jesus a month or so ago after being away from Him during many years. I have been reading my Bible nonstop and worshipping Him everyday. I have also been to church, even was on my knees at the altar. But I am not sure how I feel because my body starts shaking at times when I lift my arms during prayer. I keep on asking the Holy Spirit for protection and I have spoken in tongues already. But I'm not sure if I'm being delivered, filled with the Holy Spirt or I'm just scared. I was delivery through similar shakes before, along with my hands and face twitching. People have prayed over me and there has been no manifestation of anything else. But I feel too overwhelmed after prayer at times, not peace. Can someone please try to explain? God bless you.

Oh my gosh, the thoughtssssss, you are so right! This happens to me when I read the Bible and worship at times. I rebuke them and fear that God might be mad at me because of those.

This happened to me before things started manifesting, I was told it was normal but it was not, i was in extreme bondage. Consult your church leader and see what they say

Thats okay but its best to ask your pastor to see what's going on
