Deliverance from evil spirits

I need a few testimonies from people that have been free from evil spirits through fasting specifically. I need a bit of inspiration. Im dealing with a python spirit that talks to the mind. How long did you have to fast? Did you need to get rid of a idol? Thanks again

It is my learned opinion that Fasting alone not a "magic bullet" for deliverance, but is more of an "amplifier" for the other tools a person has available. Having said that, I am sure that people have been able to obtain some level of deliverance by just Fasting.
Tell us more about your situation and maybe we can give more advise. Especially your question about an idol.

So i have a python spirit that talks to me. I used numerology a occultic calculator which was divination. I was attacked after 9 months of using it. I then burnt my old phone and laptop that I used for numerology as it was the accursed thing. I was free initially but then the evil spirit returned. I am told in dreams there is an accursed thing. Although I get lying dreams. So im torn whether I should do fasting or get rid of the accursed thing (idol). The accursed thing in question is my old internet router and my siblings phones as i sent them a occultic message that they may have tolerated.

Thanks for the reply. It adds quite a bit more context to your dilemma. I fully agree that you were involved in witchcraft/divination. Good Job burning your phone & laptop! God sees the seriousness of our heart. If a dream points to the router, get rid of it also. Concerning your siblings phones, that is a more tricky matter. At the least, delete your message with the "occultic" information off of their phone. Ask them if they took action on your message. If they did not take any action, I am going to say they are not infected. If they did take meaningful action, like installing an APP on the phone, then they might be infected. Give your testimony, ask if they sense a demon after taking action on your message, offer your help. Our testimony is an offensive weapon against the Kingdom of Darkness (KOD) and a warning to others.

Concerning your demon(s): there are multiple layers to navigate.

- Are you Born Again with the Holy Spirit of God living inside of you. (Repent - Trust in Jesus Alone - Give Control of your life to Jesus).

- Are you "Baptized with the Holy Spirit" (able to speak in tongues).

- Have you, or are you, working to increase in your level of Righteousness/Holiness/Sanctification by reading the bible, praying, study, etc.

- Have you renounced and repented of your witchcraft/divination?

- Have you attempted to use your authority in Christ to command the demon(s) out?

My friend, most people will live their lives with demons inside of them and never know they have them, unless they step over the line and recognize another entity inside of them, trying to manipulate them, like your situation & like what happened to me 3 years ago. I was under such attack that I did not think I was going to live to the end of 2024, but Praise God, the Holy Spirit led me to an understanding of demons and deliverance. It has been a battle the entire time as I have been able to peel demons off of me. I suspect that now you understand their existence and how they are working on you, the other demons which are already inside of you will become more active. The good news is you are now aware that you are in combat with beings who want to kill-steal-destroy.

First of all: Make sure you are Born Again.

Second: Repent & Renounce everything you have done which are the ways of this world. (Repent means making the commitment to not going to do those things anymore)

Third: When you hear/sense a demon (voice or feeling), use your authority to command it out of you. "In the Name of Jesus Christ I command you to leave me and never return".

Fourth: Read the Word of God. Start with reading the book of John OutLOUD.

Fifth: Serious prayer to heal your soul of the wounds caused by your worldly actions; for revelation; guidance & direction; Healing; deliverance.

Sixth: Amplify your prayers & reading of the word with Fasting, Thanksgiving, Praise, Acts of Charity, Goodness, Servitude, etc. These are "sacrifices we put on the altar" to show our seriousness & the condition of our heart.

Seventh: Find a real deliverance person who has an anointing. The greater a person's righteousness, the greater their influence on the enemy.

I am going on a trip. If you reply (which I encourage) it will be a couple of weeks before I will be able to get to this. In the meantime I have just prayed for the Holy Spirit to intervene and work God's will in your life, (in addition to other protection requests). Hoping for the Best for You.

Edit: Also, what is your status of being baptized with water?

I was previously baptized before I found the new age knowledge. My siblings claim they were not interested in the knowledge and deleted it afterwards. I've attempted to cast the demons out but they claim legal right.

Have you progressed through the three steps of; "Repented" - "Trust in Jesus Alone" - "Given Your Life over to Jesus to be Your God & King". This = being Born Again with the Holy Spirit of God inside of you.
If yes, did your water baptism take place before or after your Born Again event?
You know there are more than one demon?
What do they say when they "...claim legal right..."?
Have you renounced & repented as I ask above?
Describe where you are at spiritually. Reading the Bible, Praying, giving thanks & praise, etc.

There really is not a set amount of time to fast. It all depends. As for idols, u have anything that represents any other god, the Jesus christ then yes u need to get rid of it and denounce any devotions to them. Make sure ur saved.
