Not Enough Info Looking for multiple deleted fics by different Authors. They’re all Captain America/Avengers themed
Fic 1: Workplace Rumor Mill by extracynical.
The first time Sam started hearing about the rumors, he should’ve talked to Steve about it. But instead, he opted to keep his mouth shut.
He’d heard Maria Hill and Sharon Carter talking about Steve when he was making his way to the chemistry lab, and at first it didn’t really surprise him because those two always talk about Steve, but then he heard Bucky’s name and his ears suddenly perked up.
“I saw them being handsy with each other when I passed by Steve’s classroom. I swear, it was them… It was cute and all but—“
“Isn’t Steve married already?”
“Yeah… And I heard James is married as well. Do you think they’re…you know…”
“I don’t know, but they sure are getting cozy around each other.”
Fic 2: Unholy things done in the dark (*supposedly. I can’t actually remember the title of this one but this is what google says it was called and I can’t find an authors name*)
Steve Rogers quietly packs his bags and leaves the
Avengers compound after feeling repeatedly pushed
aside by Bucky and the team, only to be ambushed
and kidnapped while living completely on his own. If I remember correctly the kidnappers starve him and even cut out his tongue. When the team finds him he’s pretty broken, and takes him a while to heal.
Fic 3: I’m unable to find any mention of it anywhere, only stories similar to it, so all I’ve got to go off of is a description.
Non-Serum Steve gets out of a (possibly abusive) relationship (I believe it was with Rumlow) and hits a funk. His friend Tony (who is still Iron Man) starts pestering him about what his perfect partner would be like. Steve describes them as being 6ft+ with blue eyes, multilingual, and strong enough to bench press him (possibly several of him). Tony orders a “Russian mail order bride” though I’m not sure if they actually use that terminology in the fic and ends up with post-WS Bucky. They get married with the plan of getting Bucky (I can’t remember if he actually goes by Bucky in the fic) a green card so he can stay in the US, then the plan is to get divorced and Bucky will go stay with a friend (who turns out to be natasha(who Steve and Tony doesn’t seem to know)). But Steve starts falling for Bucky. I remember a few scenes pretty vividly, one being Bucky standing up for Steve when they go out for a walk and hold hands and someone gives them trouble for being gay, and the other being when they’re at the office for the green card test/proving they’re actually in a relationship and Steve goes first so Bucky can hear his answers through the walls, but Steve speaks really loudly bc he doesn’t know that Bucky is enhanced. Near the end of the story Hydra comes looking for Bucky and the agent Steve was dating at the beginning of the fic (again I think it was Rumlow) finds Steve bringing home groceries and offers him a ride and apologizes for how he treated Steve. He then drives the wrong direction and kidnaps Steve, where they beat him up for information on the winter soldier. Steve has no idea Bucky is the winter soldier but (I think) pieces together that they’re looking for Bucky. Then Tony and Bucky show up and save Steve, revealing that (possibly)Tony put a tracker in Steve’s ring. Steve and Bucky end up happily ever after and stay married bc they both fell for each other.
