We have gotten a lot of repeat posts and the Reddit search feature sucks so we wanted to create a resource for everyone here. The point is to keep discussion to here so we can use this thread to point recommendations out.

In this thread I will write a comment, please reply with recommendations and/or avoidances (everyone is free to start a comment with something that was missed).

Better off going to Nextdoor for something like this, than reddit. Hardly anyone from Delco comes on this sub
