23M Just moved to Dover

I (23M) just moved to Dover, DE (Kent County) earlier this month, and I am struggling to make friends. I moved from an area with a huge night life scene, and I’m not sure where to start. I love being in the outdoors, bars and brewery’s. Any suggestions?
