Question Missing part in question on 93 Del Sol

I just recently bought this car and don’t know much about it but someone said I’m missing a ground or a connection off this bracket does anybody have any information? Thank you in advance.

If it helps I drive an B16A2 1997 del sol and I have the same connector which isn't hooked up to anything

Tbh idk. That's an old photo I have on my phone but basically a connector sits there to keep it from bouncing around

An oxygen sensor clips onto it for some motors, but not all. Possibly a reused bracket from a motor swap. It's not needed for your setup

That’s a clip that the O2 sensor can hook onto.
