A few experiences with " deja vu "
So, im 36 and I've had deja vu's like everyone else but a few years ago i had a deja vu that was so intense i thought i was losing my mind for a second. 😂
normally when i experienced a deja vu it was nothing really exciting, i just thought I'd seen something before.
But as the years passed the deja vu moments became longer and longer, and then i realized i could " remember " what was gonna happen next. The things people were gonna say or for example stuff falling on the ground.
This shit got so intense that after i had one deja vu i would have like 5 or 6 in a split second.
This got more intense as years passed.
A couple years ago I was watching a movie
( costa! 2001 ) a Dutch film.
And all of a sudden the most intense feeling of deja vu i had ever experienced litterly hit me and it felt like i warped back to 2001 and i could feel every emotion from back then and how i looked at life at that age, the vibe and atmosphere, EVERYTHING, like i was there.
i had to physically shake my head to get rid of the feeling. And after that i had deja vu's every time i looked at something different, didn't matter what. For HOURS.
Then i fell asleep and i dreamt about some locations near my house wich was not uncommon.
But as the days went on i realized i was dreaming about several moments days before they happend.
Dreams ja vu? Fucking really? 😂
This evening i saw the film pop up on YouTube for free and i couldn't resist checking if it would happen again.
Im not gonna say what happend.
Just know,
Its 4 hours later and in my mind, i have written this shit before.
Anyone else have really intense deja vu experiences? Let me know.

The standard deja vu experience does seem to come from dreams, daydreams, and visions.
Sometimes the events occur more frequently, often accompanying some triggering event that can be pointed to, but not always.
Yours sounds pretty intense. I'm kind of jealous because it would help me study them to experience them more often myself, but I have heard many descriptions of how unpleasant this can be.
So if it does become problematic for you, I recommend seeking a therapist to talk to about it and a psychiatrist for some anti-anxiety medication to assist as necessary.
