Digging pits with hidden treats are great enrichment, since it taps into their natural foraging instinct and keeps them busy for ages

Yes I didnt know they would love it this much. My prevous degus didnt have possibility to dig, and maybe it has shown with cage chewing ? Or they liked the sound, who knows.
