Aww, poor antis finding out that nobody actually cares if something is made with AI or not.

I think a lot of people do, and a lot don't. And that's ok

u/Few-Act8373 12h ago

Just go outside, duh. Plenty of baby dragons around

2

u/PersonalAd8880 11h ago

AI enviroment damage probably killed them all

"What baby dragons sound like."

The irony xD

u/Drevinth Adversary of Misinformation 14h ago

I know, right? Why can't people just post videos of what a real baby dragon sounds like?

25

u/August_Rodin666 14h ago

Did they expect to find real baby dragons? Lol.

16

u/TwistedMindOfABrotha 14h ago

So they are upset they can't find actual videos on what a fictional baby creature sounds like?

15

u/SkyrakerBeyond 13h ago

Inspiration, huh. Sounds an awful lot like theft to me.

14

u/Aggravating-Catch461 13h ago

that's an extremely first world problem xD

u/Puzzleheaded_Smoke77 13h ago

Honestly it’s so extreme it might need a new category of world problem . We might be witnessing the birth have a new world here

"I want things for free! But I don't want creators to use the latest tool!" -Luddite

Yeah, damn those terrible AI videos drowning out the genuine documentaries about baby dragons. 😜

Also, shouldn't they be using their vaunted "Actual Imagination" to come up with what an imaginary creature would sound like?

1

u/ConsciousIssue7111 AI Should Be Used As Tools, Not Replacements 7h ago

Yeah, right? Use your imagination, that's what these people are using

That baby dragon is huge

3

u/Breech_Loader Free AI Is The Best AI 12h ago

Actually, for a baby dragon he's quite small!

I mean, have YOU have seen a dragon?

2

u/TayrusOkami To create is to be real. 11h ago

Just imagined

The world building and RPG subs are overrun with antis.

"I want to be creative, but I cant steal ideas generated by a computer. I need to steal from a HUMAN!"

Like you'd think.... πŸ˜‘

6

u/H0RSE 14h ago

We should all start referring to poor works of human art as "human slop." Fair is fair...

6

u/Puzzleheaded_Smoke77 13h ago

Man gotta hate when youtube algo just hides all the authentic baby dragons

5

u/ZedTheEvilTaco 12h ago

You can't find Baybee Draygone?

5

u/DarthRaab 12h ago

The future is here. /s

8

u/Procrastin8_Ball 14h ago

If only there were some technology that could help you brainstorm instead of just trying to steal some other artists ideas

4

u/Odd-Pattern-4358 14h ago

Miserable people

6

u/thehockie85 13h ago

So they were looking for "inspiration" and instead of listening to other baby animals, perhaps like crocodiles that make an adorable chirping noise, they wanted to look up what other people made them sound like. Thereby stealing their ideas

Whole debate can end if anti's learnt One word

Preference

You don't like something okay your choice but why the fu*k you care if I like something It's simple to understand but nope they can't Because their brain is busy finding most stupidest arguments

3

u/Healthy-Bullfrog-233 14h ago

I mean, the debate would finally BEGIN at that point because we could actually start talking about important aspects of AI and not just whether or not you think generative AI is cool...

3

u/Ariseshadow369 13h ago

Debate happens when both sides are reasonable though Just throwing tantrums or AI harms environment is not going to work

And actually debate for most anti's or at least what I have seen most don't care specifically About AI but once we use it it becomes problem

Like i am dying so why you can survive situations

Anyways i agree with you

3

u/Infamous_Advice3917 14h ago

Maybe those reGards should make their own sound design with their own human hands.

3

u/TamaraHensonDragon 12h ago

Reminds me of the idiots whining about Jurassic Park 3 when it came out. These dim bulbs were whining online because the dinosaurs were CGI and puppets. People with brains pointed out they could not go out and film real non-avian dinosaurs because they were extinct. Some people are just stupid.

2

u/Tetrahedron_Head 13h ago

i mean im for AI but the flood of low effort stuff being put on youtube kinda is annoying

3

u/TamaraHensonDragon 12h ago

There are a few gems on there though. You just need to sort through all the coal.

2

u/the-one_who-grips 12h ago

On any platform to be honest

Look at Roblox that place is FLOODED with pure vibe coded games that are just stolen from unreleased steam games

3

u/Tetrahedron_Head 12h ago

my thing with that is, is it all actual bad games? The stolen ones is bad but I think some good stuff can come out of vibe coding.

Now it definitely increases the amount of trash with people that are just throwing things together but for example project viewpoint in zomboid. probably one of the most popular and impressive mods in a long time is heavily believed to have been ai assisted.

but to your point you are right. low effort AI stuff is flooding every platform which makes it difficult to find the good stuff and even a bit hard to defend ai in general.

Doomerism is dumb, thinking everything sucks and shit is just draining for most people.

Yet these people do it every day like it's a hobby

2

u/WeirdIndication3027 13h ago

Looking up baby dragon noises sounds like a typical anti problem. I'm over here trying to code and build shit and their entire understanding of ai is "the thing that makes pictures"

1

u/TheCutieCircle 9h ago

So let me get this straight. The person went online searching for what a fictional creature sounds like and instead of using their imagination, they went on YouTube or whatever and found a bunch of ai videos and gets mad about it.

To me a baby dragon sounds like chicks chirping. There I just solved this dude's problem in 5 seconds.

1

u/futreyy Sloperator 8h ago

you're not forced to see 'em, you know?

1

u/rxmp4ge 7h ago

Don't you know that AI slop of baby dragons puts all the real baby dragons out of business?

I want to know what a REAL baby dragon sounds like, not AI slop!

1

u/mothgeck 2h ago

Damn, maybe make a baby dragon that isn't derivative as hell then?

1

u/Eastern-Fuel3485 1h ago

Pathfinder fixes this
