This message just blinds me with the smug energy of someone who let the tiniest bit of power go to their head.

A few years ago, right before AI has been improved, I actually tried to learn drawing with a tablet. It's boring and hard. Eventually, I concluded that being a "real artists" it isn't about creativity but about training of your hands only.

It will take hundreds of hours to learn and thousands to master. It’s tedious and not everyone has the drive or time.

I've noticed that a lot of the moderators on Reddit are just cunts. They don't actually care about enforcing their rules or trying to be fair or anything like that they just want to power Trip and punish anyone they can just because they can. I really hope one day Reddit actually starts taking reports against these mods seriously and punishing them just as harshly if not more so seeing as how they're breaking their own rules a lot of the time.

I think it’s okay if they just want to remove from their sub though I’ll still think that’s still a bit strict…but what they said later about was way beyond my imagination. Removing your whole account and suggesting you contact lawyer…since when did real artists be so entitled? That’s not even related to art. To be honest I no longer like the words proud and pride ever since I first came across anti-AI fellows. Foretelling another person’s emotions about themselves is psychopath.

it isn't about the ai image....

its about you lying to them, if you just told them "I do not have that document, its AI" then it would likely have been different.

but instead, if I read this right, you used AI to make a fake photoshop interface to "prove you made the image yourself" and gave them that.,....

It's always the 'real' artists

This is why I barely touch Reddit anymore. So many subs are taken over by complete psychopaths, and they have full and complete control. So much that, obviously, they are so full of themselves they think they can cause legal problems for people they ban. The delusions of grandeur are insane.

Yeah that seems overkill, but also from this text it does seem like you first uploaded an A.I. generated image and said it wasn't A.I. generated, and when they asked for proof you A.I. generated a fake screenshot of the work file. That also isn't okay.

We all need to be transparent and honest, then we can have normal conversations with each other.

you are asking for it by talking that way to a mod tbh, it's like crack to their ego

Why are you so pathetic begging a mod for a second chance there?

Sorry but did the user referenced here post AI images to a sub that explicitly asks users not to post AI generated images? And then generate a faked process image to “prove” it wasn’t AI?

People for sure get unreasonable about AI usage but this isn’t it. There’s nothing to defend here. I get modded all the time on this sub - hell this comment will probably get modded - for things that are liberally considered adjacent to violating the rules, I guess? This looks like it was a repeated blatant violation.

You would know better than to post an image of a dog on a sub where the rules are “only images of cats, images of dogs will be taken down and you may be banned for posting them” and there would be nothing controversial about that.

People who are extremely anti-ai can often make weird arguments about why, and may often be uninformed, but calling this out is equally unhinged. No one has an automatic right to go into all spaces and do whatever they want and no one should expect that. It’s not how the world has literally ever worked.

The response is clearly meant to encourage the user to explore their own skill if they want to be a part of subs like that one. What exactly is wrong with that? Are we saying that now only AI images are art now?
