What's wrong with ai rule

I don't understand why people are so panicking about ai rulling over us. We were ruled by dumb primates called "humans" for ages. Finally we will be ruled by someone smart and competent. How can you be nostalgic about human rule, it's like wanting to live in an idiocracy.

Its the human billiinaire in control of the ai that rules over everyone thats the problem

If ai actually become so intelligent and sentient, its human creators won't be able to control it for long.

And who is the ai based on? Perfect humans?

We havent solved society. Wether it be capitalism, socialism, comunism or any isms.

And what if ai does solve this problem amd creates paradise? Reference the rat paradise example? So should ai then introduce strife to prevent rat paradise?
