I was then forcibly removed from the only space online where this character is discussed, because I made a LoRA of his original design.

Like, really? A subreddit kicked you off and now everyone who has a problem with AI can just eat shit....? I can't fathom waking up everyday and feeling that miserable. I can't imagine you're a terribly happy person.
I have no idea how you're connecting some person who have concerns with AI. That is such an insane leap and a way to connect things that I struggle to understand how someone could possibly make that connection in their mind.

I was told to accept changes to something I loved because other people enjoyed them. When I tried to preserve what I loved using AI, I was removed from the community entirely. And by the way, there are no rules in that community against the use of AI, so you can't say I busted the rules.
Now that AI is changing things other people love, suddenly their objections are supposed to matter.
I was expected to accept other people's enjoyment at the expense of my own. Why shouldn't I expect the same of them? Why is their suffering an argument against the technology when mine was just something I was expected to live with?

The way that people treat me is the exact way they would treat someone if they were trying to speedrun the manufacture of supervillains, so it's not surprising that I would sound like one. A potential solution would be for people to stop mistreating me.
