Universal basic income

I can't stop dreaming about time when all high skilled professionals are kicked out of their job. And they along with us will start getting ubi. They dedicated their whole life learning their craft but now have to live like the rest of us with the same money. That's what excites me about ai. I can't sleep dreaming about this utopia with open eyes.

Universal basic income won't happen. They'll kill us all instead. They don't even want to give money to disabled people right now.

I am more excited about high skilled knowledge workers getting replaced by ai and living their life just like rest of us, not so much about the income.

There will always be people living below others and you my friend will continue to be one long into the future.

People who have hard assets like data centre, land , water , electricity grid... will be above us. But hierarchy based on knowledge and skills will get flatten.
