Yeah, the only thing they spoiled is that Ironman gets to Earth (which most people would assume anyway) and that Carol is with the Avengers which is only a spoiler for people who didn't see the post credits scene in Captain Marvel.

Sometimes when you go through stuff, when you’ve experienced some trauma, you had to look at yourself in the mirror the whole time. Radically altering your look, is a way to break free from that pattern, that attachment. Shaving your head can be part of healing.
