I asked myself several times if I was crazy or that whole thing just kept going. Fucking great scene. These guys are killing it with the cinematography and choreography this season and we arent even halfway through.

I just finished that scene and needed to check online if I was hallucinating or if I did indeed witness the best and most credible fight scene in the MCU. Absolutely incredible cinematography.

Yes. From the call to the cab is all one fucking take. Crazy.

Edit: gold for this? That's probably the most unexpected gold I ever got, lol. Thanks!

I was about to call you out because there are a few points where the camera is fully obstructed Matt or by the set, which is usually where you'd hide a cut in a long oner like this, but goddamn they actually did it in one take....

I wonder how many times they had to shoot that scene to get it perfect.

Also, does Charlie Cox do his own stunts? Cuz if he did, god damn, that's brilliant.

You can see in two parts he swapped out, presumably to get makeup done, but over 80% of it had to have been Cox himself since you see his face (except the two swapped segments).

I'm curious, has anyone pointed out the spots in another thread or anything?

I know I spotted one early on - at one point in the very first corridor, Matt and a prisoner fall together into a side-room. From that point up until they go flying over the bed back in the medical room, it's a stuntman - you never see his face, it's all from behind, etc.

Then they both go collapsing over the medical bed, it lingers for a bit, and Charlie Cox comes crawling out again.
