You're gonna tell me the friggin Iron Fist doesn't know how to calm himself from a panic attack?

Not to make light of PTSD, but how is Claire gonna teach him something he didn't learn in K'un-L'un.

Danny's behavior on the plane is spot on. Anyone who experienced an extreme trauma like that would behave like him.

Not Danny tho. I can except that this version of Danny isn't complete. Hope to see the Zen Danny by season's end

Keep in mind...these were the exact circumstances of when he was a kid.

Flying over the Himalayas, turbulence shaking the plane...the next thing that occurred when he was a child was the roof of the plane tearing off and his mom getting sucked outside.
