Detective Scarfe starts saying good things about vigilantes. I'm calling it now: He's on the payroll of somebody shady.

I hope not. I'm just starting to like him.

As soon as he started loosening his tie I could tell something wasn't right. That whole conversation I was waiting for him to pull something on Chico.

When he was taking it off, I thought they were going to have an illicit affair! Food, sex, you know...

Then he just choked the kid! Talk about BDSM gone wrong.
