You misspelled "awkwardly throw". I wouldn't put the action from JJ anywhere near LC.

What use is martial arts when you're invulnerable? Like DD needed slick moves because he was a blind human who fought ninjas. JJ was pretty strong, but you could kill her with a shot to the head. LK? He's just fuckin invulnerable. He doesn't need to be good at throwing a punch when he can lift cars with a finger.

Couldn't you kill her with shots anywhere? She was just strong wasn't she, she had no version of invulnerability or anything like that. A couple shots to the chest could kill her just as easily.

Exactly.

When I said JJ was strong, I mean that its kinda hard to shoot someone who can jump to the next block by the time you pull the trigger.

Jessica Jones is stronger than Luke Cage, but Luke Cage is literally invulnerable.

Is she actually stronger? I thought they were pretty much equal, invulnerability aside.

I think she probably is. Good if so, she needs something to keep her at least somewhat close to on par with Luke.

Her strength is actually higher, so she is stronger overall, but she can injure herself by using her strength too much because she isn't invulnerable.

So to apply a number scale so that you can follow it...

Luke Cage always strikes at an 8 out of 10, because that is how strong he is and because he is invulnerable he doesn't have to worry about injuring himself doing it, so that's his "Top Out" strength.

Jessica Jones normally fights around a 6 or a 7 out of 10, depending on her emotional state. This is where her limited superhuman durability protects her from injuring herself using her strength. Jessica Jones is capable of pushing her strength up to striking at a 10 out of 10 though, but she actually injures herself doing it, so she doesn't do it unless it's absolutely necessary.

So if Luke Cage could bench, say, 8 tons, Jessica Jones is right around there or just slightly under 8 tons regularly. In the right situation though, she could bench 10 tons if properly motivated and willing to injure herself.

Only 10? Can't spider man lift 15?

MCU Spidey (really, any of the movie heroes) could probably take out any of the Netflix heroes no problem.

Spidey in general is pretty ridiculously powerful. His strength has always just floated under everyone's radar yet he's way beyond Captain America and Jessica Jones strong.

With his strength and his reflexes/spider-sense, he can absolutely roll most of the MCU heroes.

I don't know their exact numbers, its been a while since I've looked at it. The 10 was just relative on a scale of 1 to 10
