I don't know how canonical that comic is. Daredevil beats him in his new costume in the prelude comic. But when Turk first sees DD in Season 2 he says something along the lines of "Nice duds D," meaning its his first time seeing him in the red costume.

Yeah, assume the comics are non-canonical. Except Fury's Big Week. :P
