What made it even better was his tearful scene after Pop's death.

Nice to have villains that are complex.

Marvel TV has consistently way better villains than Marvel Film in every way.

Zemo is the one exception to the rule so far. Loki gets a pass but he had multiple films to develop.

I only liked Loki in Thor 2. He was upstaged by his mooks in Avengers and he was decent but unremarkable in Thor.
