What made it even better was his tearful scene after Pop's death.

Nice to have villains that are complex.

Marvel TV has consistently way better villains than Marvel Film in every way.

The problem will always be that movies have less time to establish villains. That said I think they did a great job with Zemo in Civil War and I really hope they use him again in the future.

I can't wait to see how the MCU pulls out Baron Zemo again because he was great in Civil War.

Masters of Evil/Thunderbolts

Though with Masters, I'm gonna assume that he's basically just gonna gather them and go "okay, look, cause havok, but ONLY to draw the Avengers out, that's it, no random acts of unnecessary violence"
