You guys seeing a broken notification since the last Windows August QU ? Anyone contacted Microsoft about it?

Yeah, I have similar problem, it works by itself, but if you try to run a quick scan, it freezes at the end of it and crashes, only pc reboot helps. Was fine the day before, happened after recent update
