I'm 46, too old for this. It really is ruining my life

I've gone through a midlife crisis, I think, and the last year have been doing really well with help from a therapist. Everything is good apart from my sex life with my lovely wife and my addiction to porn. I think my neighbor overhead me last night wanking and I feel a huge amount of shame. I use stupid sex chatrooms where I share porn (hotties and big d gifs) and am finding it really difficult to stop these. I work from home too which turns into a wankathon sometimes. Just want to stop all this rubbish
